Today, 22 November 2022 in Rome, Fabio De Luca passed away at the age of 95.
An expert on legislation related to the entertainment business, at the beginning of the ’Nineties he was of vital importance in inspiring the start of MEDIA Salles and their work in the context of the European Union’s first MEDIA Programme.
Professional players in the field of cinema exhibition remember and appreciate his wisdom and irony, as well as his competence and the passion with which he always gave priority to the social, economic and cultural role of movie theatres.

Oggi, 22 novembre 2022, è mancato in Roma, all'età di 95 anni, il Dott. Fabio De Luca.
Grande esperto di legislazione in materia di spettacolo, agli inizi degli anni Novanta aveva dato un impulso fondamentale alla nascita ed alla vita di MEDIA Salles, nell'ambito del primo Programma MEDIA dell'Unione Europea.
I professionisti dell'esercizio cinematografico europeo che l'hanno conosciuto ne ricordano con stima la sagacia e l'ironia così come la competenza e la passione con cui ha sempre saputo mettere in primo piano il ruolo sociale, economico e culturale della sala.
