SYNOPSIS

A group of 15-year-old boys live in a very peculiar "block": the orthopedic ward of a children's hospital, where the patients have various forms of cancer. Armed with irrepressible good cheer and a tenacious desire to live their lives fully, Miguel Angel, Izán, Dani and Jorge defy destiny and carry on as if this microworld ruled by men and women in white coats was a thoroughly normal environment for adolescent boys. Besides their high-sodium drinks, there are always new patients to meet, nurses to play jokes on, nightly excursions through the hospital corridors, basketball games against the team from St. Paul's. Friendship and group acceptance are important at their age, but they are absolutely essential when you are spending your life in pyjamas between four walls.
